just my thoughts… “moral responsibility” means to them washing their hands off when problems arise, running away for somebody else to do the cleaning up, but here the incoming person will just blame it on the previous guy & overall there is no “accountability”, no responsibility. I did have a punishment in mind too – they should be put to work to clean up all the damage done at the Taj & other places literally giving them the mop in hand!
